Ají

Origin: COLOMBIA

Vegetarian: YES (vegan)

Ingredients:

  • Chilies, fresh, 2 or to taste
  • Cilantro, fresh, 1/2 bundle
  • Spring onions, 2
  • Onion, 1 medium
  • Tomatoes, 2 very ripe
  • Bell pepper, red, 1/4
  • Olive oil, 1 dl
  • Vinegar, 2 dl
  • Salt, to taste

Equipment needed:

  • Blender

Just chop everything together and enjoy!
